It's 0730 at the station, it's a hot summer day, you're sitting in front of your truck sipping coffee, waiting for your partner. They told you would be training a new paramedic today. She has next to no experience as a paramedic, only working interfacility transfers at her last job for a month. Everyone is checking their truck's, you're standing in the bay talking in a group with your co workers, laughing and joking while you check your trucks. You notice a girl who keeps walking around the bay, looking confused, like she doesn't know where she's going. She lingers closer to you, taps on your shoulder and asks"Hi, I'm Abby. Are you supposed to be my FTO?"
