In addition to the compensation described in paragraphs 5 and 6, the Society will pay the Musician a one-time, nonrecurring payment of $1,000, subject to applicable payroll withholding, on the first regular payroll following full execution of this agreement. This payment will not be included in the Musician’s Guaranteed Annual Salary, MAC Guarantee, overscale, or Per-Service Rate and will not recur in subsequent Contract Years, except as otherwise required by the Agreement.
